It's Official

So this is a picture of our new house. It sits on 20+ acres of land. The previous owner hand built it himself about 6 years ago.

There isn't much in the way of infrastructure as of yet. So we have projects going on all the time. Our main projects leading up to spring is setting up a garden area as well as a egg laying chicken area. Mind you we're still unpacking and setting the house up.

The kids love all the openness of the land and all the exploring they can do. We're even able to do some target practice from the porch. The dogs are even loving the freedom to roam. Granted they haven't gotten used to the horses that are in the next field over.

So let the fun homesteading projects begin!
